Bridal trials are typically scheduled 3-6 months before the wedding.

This luxury add on ensures you have a professional makeup artist by your side to provide continuous touch ups and beauty support as the day unfolds. Whether it’s refreshing your lip color after a kiss, perfecting your complexion after emotional moments, adding some sparkles or drama to the eye for a fun second look, or controlling shine during outdoor photos, we will be there every step of the way. From ceremony to reception (and everything in between), we’re there to maintain your makeup’s integrity so you remain radiant, confident, and camera ready no matter the lighting, weather, or schedule. Ideal for brides who want a luxury experience and consistent perfection throughout the day, this package ensures your glow never fades and your confidence never dips.

Package includes:

• On-site makeup artist availability for 6 consecutive hours

• Optional second look for the bride

• Touch-ups for the bride and bridal party members that have had their makeup done by our team

• Shine control, lipstick refresh, lash adjustments, and smudge fixes

• Blotting, powdering, and overall complexion maintenance

• Assistance before key moments (ceremony, photos, reception entrance)

BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% Is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final balance. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed agreement is in place. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding day. A minimum of $400 spend is required to reserve the date.

TRAVEL FEES:

Travel within 10 miles of San Jose is included. For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $1 per mile round trip will apply. Parking fees, tolls, or required accommodations (for early start times or distant locations) are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed in advance.

For wedding locations that are 2 or more hours away from the artist’s home base, overnight hotel accommodations are required for the night before the wedding. This ensures the artist is fully prepared and timely for early start times, especially for morning ceremonies.

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide or cover the cost of a clean, safe hotel room within 15-20 minutes of the wedding venue.

• Accommodations must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the event.

• If applicable, parking fees or additional travel expenses (tolls, ferries, etc.) will also be the client’s responsibility.

This policy ensures timely arrival, quality service, and a smooth, stress-free experience for your big day.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS:

For weddings requiring air travel or overnight stays, accommodations and transportation must be arranged and covered by the client. A customized quote will be provided based on location and schedule.

All travel expenses are the responsibility of the client. This includes:

• Round-trip airfare

• Baggage fees (for professional makeup kits)

• Airport transfers or local transportation (e.g., Ubers, taxis)

• Tolls, ferries, or parking fees (if applicable)

Accommodations

• A private, clean hotel room must be provided for the artist for at least one night before the wedding day (or more, depending on travel time and wedding schedule).

• Accommodations should be within 15-20 minutes of the getting-ready location.

• For early call times or remote destinations, additional nights may be required.

Per Diem

• A daily per diem may be added to cover meals and incidental expenses, especially for multi-day travel or international locations.

If your date is available, we can move forward with securing it with a retainer and start booking your trial. From there, I’ll guide you through every step to make sure the process feels smooth and stress-free.

Yes! For every bride that books, beauty consulting is included with a focus on timing of your personal goals and services. This can include skin prep guidance, product and treatment recommendations, and tips for achieving your ideal look on your wedding day and beyond.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

Reserving your wedding date is easy and official once we have a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Because my calendar fills quickly, dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your booking is confirmed, your date will be locked in on my schedule. From there, we can begin planning your timeline, trial, and any additional services you may want. Securing your date early helps make the planning process relaxed and well-organized.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

I love being a part of weddings no matter where they take place, and I’m happy to travel anywhere to make your day special. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, but I’m always willing to work with you to make it happen. Whether your wedding is in a completely different city, or a destination wedding in a different state or country, I’ll do my best to accommodate your location. Being there on-site allows me to provide a smooth and relaxed experience for you and your bridal party. No matter where your wedding is, my goal is to ensure you feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful on your big day.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO THE GETTING READY LOCATION FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes! In most cases I travel directly to your getting-ready location so your wedding morning is as convenient and relaxed as possible. I bring my full professional kit and set up wherever you’re preparing for your big day. Being on location also helps keep the schedule organized and ensures everyone is ready on time. Wherever you’re getting ready, I’ll be there to help you look and feel your best.

CAN I COME TO YOUR STUDIO ON MY WEDDING DAY?

While wedding day services are typically performed on location at your getting-ready venue, studio appointments may be an option in certain situations. Studio services are more commonly used for bridal trials or other special events rather than the wedding day itself. While being at your location often makes the morning easier and more efficient, we can always discuss options if you prefer studio services instead!

DO YOU STAY FOR TOUCH UPS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Our extended touch-up package is available for brides who want continued coverage after the ceremony. I can remain on site to refresh your makeup before photos, the reception, add drama to the eyes or lips for a fun second look, or other key moments throughout the day, which many brides find especially helpful for longer timelines or outdoor events. Your wedding day is usually the most photographed day of your life, and having professional touch-ups ensures your makeup stays fresh, polished, and photo-ready from start to finish while giving you that extra support throughout the day. Availability and details for this service can be discussed when booking your wedding day services.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

I work as a one-woman team, which allows me to focus fully on each client and provide a detailed, personalized experience. Because of this, I can accommodate the bride plus up to four additional guests. This ensures that everyone receives my full attention and that the morning runs smoothly and on time.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY TRIAL?

Bridal trials are typically scheduled two to four months before your wedding. By this time, most brides have finalized their dress, color palette, and overall wedding vision. This timing helps us design a look that fits perfectly with the day’s aesthetic and ensures we have time to make any adjustments. Scheduling your trial closer to your wedding date also reduces the chance of needing changes later. I’ll guide you on the best timing once your wedding is booked.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK A TRIAL?

Not necessarily, but I highly recommend booking a trial if possible. It’s a valuable opportunity to test your wedding day look, refine any details, and make sure everything feels just right. During the trial, we can adjust colors, techniques, and overall style to ensure it matches your vision perfectly. It also gives you peace of mind and confidence going into the wedding day. Skipping a trial is possible, but having one helps eliminate surprises and ensures a flawless, stress-free experience.
